Financial Services License

ACY Securities Pty Ltd (“ACY AU”) is licensed and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (AFSL 403863).

ACY Capital Australia Limited (“ACY LTD”), is licensed and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC 012868).

ACY Securities is a trading name of ACY AU and ACY LTD. All Australian residents are onboarded with ACY AU. Non-Australians may be onboarded with ACY LTD subject to local laws or regulations.

Client Funds

At ACY, we bank with Commonwealth Bank in Australia and DBS Bank internationally.

All client funds are held at fully segregated client trust accounts held at Commonwealth Bank. Client funds are kept separate from ACY company funds and – if ACY were to become insolvent – will not be used to pay back creditors.

To ensure that the client's funds are properly used and safe, ACY provides several modes of deposit and withdrawal, including Credit Card, bank transfer and international Transfer.

ACY AU and ACY LTD have Professional Indemnity Insurance for their respective clients, in compliance with ASIC’s Regulatory Guide 126 and VFSC’s Professional Indemnity Insurance requirements.

Financial Complaints

ACY Securities is a member of independent external dispute resolution schemes. Complaints are first considered internally by experienced support and compliance team, to ensure your trading experience with ACY Securities is second to none. Clients have the option to escalate to the independent external resolution scheme, which is AFCA for ACY AU and VSFC for ACY LTD.

Anti-Money Laundering

Due to anti-money laundering regulations in the world, ACY Securities requires all clients to provide a complete and accurate proof of identity and address when opening a live trading account. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from and paid to the same person as the trading account holder. No third-party payments are allowed.
